Modern Studio Downtown with Pool/Gym

Great facilities and location, but communication with the host has significant room for improvement. Positive: The location was excellent, right in the center of Miami, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well maintained, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Thanks to that, I was able to travel light and enjoy a very comfortable stay. Negative: Unfortunately, one of the chairs was broken and very unstable. Communication with the host was not very good. Even when I contacted them while in Miami, responses usually came the next day or later. Despite following up multiple times starting four days before check-in, I did not receive the check-in information until I contacted them again just one hour before check-in. The host also instructed me to communicate via their personal mobile phone instead of the Booking.com chat, but the response speed did not improve. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work. When I contacted the host, the only response I received was, “It should connect with the information provided.” Guests without alternative options such as an eSIM may find this quite inconvenient. On the other hand, I received daily messages requesting that I leave a review. The facilities themselves were excellent and deserve a full 10 out of 10. However, I believe the customer service and communication could be significantly improved.
